Help Us Do Good

While a substantial portion of our operating budget comes from the pledged giving of our local congregation, we still rely heavily on the generosity of our local community partnering with us to supplement the many services we provide.

Our Red Kettles are most visible during the holiday season leading up to Christmas, but need has no season and we provide services to Contra Costa County throughout the year. We are solely motivated by Christian love and we provide services to those in need without discrimination of any kind.

Here are some of the ways you can help:

You can donate in our Virtual Red Kettle to provide service exclusively targeted for assistance in Contra Costa County. You can click here, or click or scan the QR code below with your smart phone.

You can volunteer to ring a bell for us for as little as a few hours.

You can adopt a child, a family or a senior and provide gifts and love to those who otherwise would experience little joy in this joyful season.

Provide new clothing and/or gifts to a child 12 years old and under. Please do not wrap gifts.

Adopt-A-Family

Provide new clothing and/or gifts to all the members in the household and a grocery card or goods for a holiday meal. You can specify how large or small you would like the family to be. Please call the office to make arrangements.

Provide new clothing and/or gifts to a senior 55 years old and older. Please do not wrap gifts.

Note: We only have a few seniors in our database at the moment, but we expect that to change as word of our program gets out to this vulnerable population. Please keep checking back for senior opportunities

You can send us send a check! It can be one-time or recurring. Please send to the address below. If you wish to designate your gift to be applied to a particular program or service such as "Christmas Programs", "Transitional Living", "Food Pantry", "Youth Programs", "Senior Programs", "Utility Assistance", etc we will strive to honor your wishes. If you do not wish to designate to a particular program we will allocate your gift to the best use in our judgement. All gifts are tax-deductible. Write any designations in the memo field of your check.
