Family Potluck Sundays

After our discussion with the Sunday Food Crews, we have decided to initiate a monthly church potluck. This will be the first Sunday of every month. This will give an opportunity for the whole fellowship to be involved. We will place a sign-up sheet on the bulletin board in the Fireside Room so that we have an idea of who will be participating - and ensure that we don't have 5 people bringing olives, for example!

You don't have to bring a lot, but with most families/attendees pitching in, we would have enough food and variety to feed everyone. Think of the story of the little boy who was asked to share his five loaves and two fish. Jesus blessed it and a crowd of 5,000 was fed. And there were even leftovers afterward!

We want to thank the following individuals who have generously and faithfully served our fellowship this past year (and years previous):

Team 1: Susan Ward, Brian Leonard, and Stella Cade

Team 2: Susan Van Brocklin, Byung and Myung Lee, and Sue Fraker

Team 3: Verena Slous, Pamela Johnson, Rondi Harth, and Sheila Madsen

Team 4: Paul and Evan Saguil, Roberto and Luisa Cuevas

For this coming program year, we have a few more additions to the teams. If you are not able to provide snacks, but you would like to help serve or clean, we would be grateful for your assistance. Please see Paul Saguil or Major Ann if you want to help in this way.

Thanks to our Mike O'Reilly and our TLP men that help with the cleanup from week to week.

This weekly ministry is much appreciated as it not only feeds us physically, but it allows us to socialize which fills our souls.
