This past week has been busy prepping for our upcoming Christmas Sign-Ups. It has been a blessing to have the full team back on duty as we work towards this next "big thing". Please pray for the volunteers and staff as we interview all of the families. We anticipate 600 families will come through our doors again this year. However, this time we are doing the interviews in our classrooms. My prayer is that they will ask questions about the VBS decorations and generate interest in what else may happen at our location.

This Sunday is the International Prayer for Victims of Human Trafficking. The Salvation Army worldwide will be sharing prayers together. Enclosed in this issue of the Church Family Newsletter are some of those prayers that you can say throughout the year too,

As you know, I like to include international prayer requests from week to week. This week I found it interesting that The Salvation Army is in Greece! A very captivating video has been included in the Newsletter which shows the direct ministries the officers are involved in - including a Green Light Project in the Red Light District. What a powerful witness of God's love!

"Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glory your Father who is in heaven." Matthew 5:16

Don't serve in order to make a name for yourself, but do it so that others may know our Heavenly Father.
